Magnet Assembly 66 mm, Rubber Coated, Inner Thread

Product information "Magnet Assembly 66 mm, Rubber Coated, Inner Thread"

Magnet assemblies consist of several magnets in a special way of constuction. The magnets strengthen one another and generate impressive holding force. Rubber coating builds a break against sliding. Rubber systems do not only regard holding force but also bear the challenge of shear force.

Determination of holding force: Holding force measured on constructional steel (min. 10 mm). Other metallic bonding surfaces or influences (e.g. air humidity, dust, vertical position, outdoor use) might reduce holding force. 1 kg ≈ 10 Newton.
Diameter (D): ~ 66 mm
Diameter thread (d1): ~ 10 mm
Handling: Magnets can break or shatter in an uncontrolled collision.
Height (H): ~ 8 mm
Holding force: ~ 25 kg
Material: NdFeB, steel and rubber
Max. op. temperature: ~ 60°C
Net Weight: ~ 99 g
Safety information: This is not a toy. Inappropriate use might cause injury.
Shear force: ~ 8.5 kg
Special Information: Holding force is strengthened by systemic arrangement. Rubber coating reduces slip danger.
