Shipments in most cases will be sent registered and insured via DHL (Deutsche Post AG), sometimes with our freight carriers Skyline International GmbH. Pick-up from our store also is possible during working hours.Please contact us before to fix a date.

For tax-free delivery inside EU we need your VAT-No. Please submit it with your order. After check we will send you an order confirmation excluding German VAT. Delivery address must be outside Germany. If you do not submit us your VAT-No. with placing your order, if our check of VAT-No. with German customs is negative or if delivery address is inside Germany tax-free delivery is not possible. And - important: DHL requires a mobile phone number and an e-mail-contact for shipping in foreign countries. So please submit these information. Thank you.
Please note: For large quantities or sizes or custom-made products different shipping and handling charges may be negotiated. Orders of small amount and/or sending invoice by mail may cause extra charge.
As an EU-business outside of Germany, you will receive a tax free intracommunity delivery if you submit your VAT-number. For non-EU or non-European countries there might exist special import taxes and/or payments of duty. Find out conditions at your customs duty office please. These costs have to be beared by you.
